What is Superboard?
Superboard is one place to run an important part of life or work. The goal, work, decisions, files, conversation, history, and Ava stay together as the outcome moves—and you stay the Owner. It is mission control for people who own outcomes.

Superboard gives one important outcome in life or work a clear home.
A Card is a flexible work atom—not just a task. Open it and its Room keeps Stage, sequential Chat, focused Pulse, and complete Activity together.
The Owner keeps the mission’s purpose and constraints, consequential judgment, real authority, and final direction. Today Ava can read Board and Card context, return supported insights or replies, and make limited undoable organization changes. Beginning with guided conversation and then opening the same Board is Direction; that unified experience has not shipped.
One place to run the outcome
You may be renewing insurance while comparing prices and tracking documents. You may be preparing a customer estimate while balancing scope, photographs, and a promise you will have to keep. In both cases, the thinking tends to happen in chat, the plan lands in a document, the tasks sit in a list, and the decisive context stays in someone’s head.
Superboard gives the whole outcome a home. Ava can help you get clearer and work from what is already on the Board. The Owner still keeps the purpose and constraints, makes consequential decisions, holds real-world authority, and sets final direction.
The complete mental model, in one table
| Term | Exact job |
|---|---|
| Board | The durable home and operating picture for one mission in life or work |
| Card | A flexible work atom: a task, decision, appointment, customer, reference, prompt, artifact, or other meaningful part of the mission |
| Room | The focused home opened from a Card; Stage, sequential Chat, focused Pulse, and complete Activity stay together around that work |
| Stage | The ordered working artifacts: Documents, Checklists, and File references |
| Chat | The sequential conversation beside the work, including explicit @Ava requests when configured |
| Pulse | What matters now: current state, Owner attention, and recent meaningful changes |
| Activity | The complete attributed chronological record of what changed |
| Owner and Ava | The Owner keeps purpose and constraints, consequential judgment, real authority, and final direction; Ava helps with supported means inside current boundaries |
Room = Stage + sequential Chat + focused Pulse + complete Activity
Use that formula to keep the four Room surfaces distinct. Stage holds the ordered artifacts. Chat is the sequential conversation. Pulse is the focused view of current state, Owner attention, and recent meaningful changes. Activity is the complete attributed chronological record.
What stays together
- A Board shows the whole mission or responsibility.
- A Card represents one meaningful part of it: a task, decision, appointment, customer, idea, or piece of work.
- Opening a Card reveals its Room, where the work, files, conversation, and history stay with that item. A Room is not created as a separate project; it is the focused home opened from its Card.

Available today
Available today: one Owner and Ava
Superboard is currently built for one signed-in Owner working across cloud Boards. You can create and switch Boards, arrange Cards, open full Card Rooms, create Documents and Checklists, attach Files, use Chat, search, see Activity, and recover supported changes through Undo or Removed Items.
Ava can produce Board and Card insights, reorganize the Board in limited ways you can undo, and respond to explicit card mentions when the AI provider is configured. That foundation is useful, but narrower than the complete AI Co-owner direction.
Direction
Direction: guided help and the command center as one product
Superboard’s direction joins guided help and the visible command center. A person can begin with conversation, choices, or a messy thought without learning Board mechanics, then open the Board when seeing the map and work becomes useful.
It remains one product and one Ava, not a basic assistant beside a separate power-user product. That unified production experience and its exact controls have not shipped.
For a household problem or a company problem
The common customer is not a project manager. It is anyone responsible for an outcome: a student carrying school and work, a household Owner coordinating forms and repairs, a solo operator serving customers, an employee organizing a difficult initiative, or a founder building a product.
Superboard is a consumer product that works for work. The stakes make the mission serious—not a job title, an enterprise contract, or the number of seats.
